software must not use HTML and graphics
How one can create the c language based software?
As I recall, you can write C language programs easily with product called Turbo C published by Borland. This was available in the early 90's. It may possibly be available for free so check with the Borland website. It runs on DOS machines, so you'll need a non windows based machine. You can use a Windows 98 machine and load the program in DOS mode. The program may actually now be free as a download. I Yahoo'ed ' borland turbo c ' in Search and got a ton of info: here's where I'd start:

Hope you get it working, for sure, it can be done without HTML or graphics
Lastly, your local library usually has books from then on How to program in the C language. It was kind of the ancient forerunner to Java.
Reply:I'm going to answer your question with a question- What's the c language?
