Try Nonav batch file available in net. Try search google to get it or try the norton removal tool. Better to remove that file manually from the pc to remove the norton.
My Norton Internet Security will not Uninstall because of a Virus C:/windows/system32/config.sof...
I tried everything. Finally had to take it to the Geek Squad. Works wonderful now. At a cost of 129 + 59 to diagnose the problem.
Reply:If Norton can't get rid of it, and it won't let you delete the file yourself, use Killbox or Security Task Manager to remove it.
