Are there any software packages to assist in creating a data dictionary for c/c++ programs?

I need to create a data dictionary for C/C++ programs. This is a very tedious process, so I want to know if there are any software programs that exist to assist in this?

Visual Studio .Net works with C++. I haven't tested its capacity for doing C++ data dictionaries, but it should be able to help you at least somewhat.
